We process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

directly from you - when you create an Account, buy a plan, contact our support team, or otherwise interact with us;
automatically - when you use the Platform, through cookies and similar technologies, and from your use of the Services; and
from third parties - such as our payment providers, connectivity partners, and social login providers where you choose to sign in with them.

The personal data we collect includes: your name and contact details (such as email address and, where relevant, postal address and phone number); Account and login information; payment information (processed by our payment providers); device and technical information (such as device model, IP address and eSIM identifiers); usage and analytics data; and the content of your communications with us.

Special categories of personal data

We do not seek to collect special categories of personal data (such as data about your health, race or beliefs) in the ordinary course of providing the Services. Please do not provide such data to us unless we specifically ask for it.

To perform our contract with you - to set up and manage your Account, provide and support the Services, process payments, and handle refunds.
