Compatible devices
Search above or pick a manufacturer to see the devices we list as eSIM-compatible.
This list is a guide only. Carrier locks, regional models and software versions can affect eSIM support, so check with your manufacturer or mobile provider if you’re unsure. Smartwatches, such as Apple Watch, can’t use a Keep On Roaming eSIM: install it on your phone and let your watch use your phone’s connection.
Check your phone directly
Not on the list, or want to be sure? Your phone can tell you. It also needs to be unlocked, which means it isn’t tied to one mobile provider.
Dial *#06#
If an EID number appears on the screen, your device supports eSIM.
iPhone: check the carrier lock
Go to Settings > General > About and scroll to Carrier Lock. If it says “No SIM restrictions”, your phone is unlocked.
Android: look for “Add eSIM”
Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks (menus vary by manufacturer). If you see “Add eSIM” or “Download a SIM”, your device is compatible.
Devices bought in mainland China, and some sold in Hong Kong or Macau, may not support eSIM.
