Group trips

One trip. One link. Everyone connected.

Buy eSIMs for your group, add them to a trip and share one link in the group chat. Each person picks their eSIM and gets it by email, with installation instructions.

At a glance

  • One link replaces QR codes forwarded around the group chat.
  • Each person claims their own eSIM with just their name and email address. No account needed.
  • Their eSIM and installation instructions arrive by email, so they can install it whenever suits them.
  • You choose which plans can be claimed, how many, and until when.
How it works

Four steps to a connected group

You stay the organiser, not the IT department.

  1. 1

    Buy the eSIMs

Sign in and buy an eSIM for each person in your group, for the place you're visiting.

  2. 2

    Add them to a trip

In My eSIMs, assign the eSIMs to a trip. You can create a new trip as you go.

  3. 3

    Turn on sharing

Open the trip in My Trips and switch on "Enable Sharing". You'll get a unique link to copy.

  4. 4

    Share the link

Drop it into WhatsApp, Slack, email or wherever your group chats. Everyone uses the same link.

What your group sees

Each person opens the link, picks a plan from the ones you've shared, and enters their name and email address. That's it: no account needed.

Their eSIM arrives by email with installation instructions. If they create an account or log in, they can track their data usage too.

How to install an eSIM
For you

You stay in control

  • Choose the plans

Share every eSIM on the trip, or only the plans you choose.

  • Set limits

Cap the number of claims and set a date when the link stops working.

  • See who's claimed

The trip page lists every claim, so you know who has their eSIM.

  • Track data use

See your group's combined data usage, and usage by person, on the trip page.

Who it's for

Built for the people who carry the plan

  • Destination weddings and big family trips

For the friend who books the flights, the hotel and now the data.

  • Teams and offsites

Get data to colleagues on the move. Business accounts can limit claims to their own people or email domains.

  • Guides, tour operators and hosted groups

Put the link in your welcome pack so your guests arrive connected.

Questions

Group sharing questions

You do. You buy the eSIMs first and add them to your trip. Your group then claims them through the link at no cost to them.
