Our Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using the eSIMs and related services (the 'Services') provided by Keep On Roaming Ltd ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our') through our website https://www.keeponroaming.com (the 'Site') and the Keep On Roaming mobile application (the 'App').

We are a company registered in England and Wales at 2 Winchester Place, North Street, Poole, England BH15 1NX. This Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Fair Use Policy.

What you must not do

When using the Services, you must not:

  • resell, transfer, share or otherwise make the Services available to a third party, or impersonate anyone;
  • use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or criminal purpose;
  • do anything that impairs, or is likely to impair, the operation or performance of the underlying mobile networks;
  • do anything that damages, disrupts or otherwise harms the performance, security or functionality of the Platform;
  • harass, insult, harm, abuse, defame, stalk, threaten, intimidate or otherwise violate the legal rights of others;
  • carry out text mining, data mining or web scraping, or use the Services (or content from them) to train artificial-intelligence systems, without our permission;
  • introduce malware, or attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or gain unauthorised access to the Services using automated tools or otherwise;
  • send spam or unsolicited messages, or send large volumes of messages; or
  • develop, or use the Services to develop, a product or service that competes with us.

Passwords and credentials

You are responsible for keeping your Account login details confidential and secure, and for all activity that takes place through your Account. You must not share your credentials with anyone. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your permission, tell us straight away.

Enforcement

If we reasonably believe you have breached this Policy, we may suspend, restrict or terminate your Account or access to the Services, and take any other steps we consider reasonably necessary - including reporting unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
