Our Fair Use Policy

This Fair Use Policy applies to Keep On Roaming® Roam Like Home® eSIM plans that offer unlimited or high-volume data. It exists to keep the Services fast and fair for everyone, and to protect the underlying mobile networks from misuse.

It is provided by Keep On Roaming Ltd ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), a company registered in England and Wales at 2 Winchester Place, North Street, Poole, England BH15 1NX. Please read it together with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

What you can use your data for

Our unlimited and high-volume plans are designed for personal, non-commercial use - such as browsing, streaming, messaging, video calls and social media. You may also share your connection using a personal hotspot for your own devices.

Daily high-speed allowance

Keep On Roaming® operates a fair use policy for unlimited plans. The fair use policy is 1 GB per 24-hour period. If you exceed this, your plan will be throttled to 512 kbps until the next 24-hour period. The 24-hour period starts from the activation of the eSIM and resets every 24 hours for the duration of your plan.

At reduced speeds, everyday activities such as messaging, basic web browsing and navigation will still work, but data-intensive activities such as high-definition streaming may become impractical until your allowance resets.

Network management and speeds

The underlying mobile networks may apply their own traffic-management measures, particularly during periods of congestion, which can affect your speed independently of your allowance. We make no warranty as to connection speed, quality or availability at any given time, as these depend on the underlying networks and factors outside our control.

Prohibited uses

To protect the Services and the networks, you must not:

resell, redistribute or otherwise commercially exploit your data;
use the connection in an unattended device, or through automation, SIM farms, auto-diallers or bulk-messaging systems;
run continuous high-volume transfers or peer-to-peer applications that unreasonably degrade network performance for others;
use the Services for any unlawful purpose; or
attempt to circumvent our fair-use or network-management measures.

What happens if you breach this Policy

If we reasonably believe you have breached this Policy, we may - without notice - reduce your speed, suspend or restrict your access, terminate the affected plan without a refund, or take any other steps we consider reasonably necessary to protect the Services, other customers and the underlying networks.
