There's nothing to join. Rewards start with your first purchase when you're signed in.

Sign in to your Keep On Roaming account and buy an eSIM or a top-up as usual.

Earn Roam Credits
As soon as your order is paid, cashback is added to your balance at your tier's rate.

Spend at checkout
Turn on "Use Roam Credits" at checkout and your balance comes off the total.

Example: at Voyager (5%), paying $20 by card earns you $1 in Roam Credits.
Thresholds are set in US dollars, and your Rewards page shows your progress in your shop currency. Founding Roamers, our earliest customers, earn at least 8% whatever their tier.

How earning and spending work
Spending your credits
- You can use credits once you have at least $1.
- Credits can't pay for a whole order: at least 50¢ (or 30p) is always paid by card.
- Credits can't be combined with an organisation balance on the same order.
Keeping your credits
- Credits expire 12 months after your last purchase.
- Any purchase, including one paid partly with credits, resets the clock for your whole balance.
- Your tier and lifetime spend never expire, even if your credits do.
